Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email rxcvrdo88@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Changing your mind

If you're in the UK or EU you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that period, then return the item, unused and in its original packaging, within a further 14 days.

We'll refund the item price and standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return. Unless the item was faulty, you pay the cost of returning it. Please pack prints and canvases carefully: we can reduce the refund if an item is damaged by handling beyond what's needed to examine it. If you return an original, please send it insured and packed as it arrived.

Cancelling before it's printed

Orders are sent for printing about an hour after payment. If you email us before then, we can cancel and refund in full.
