Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment is taken and you receive a confirmation email. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include the item price; delivery is shown separately before you pay. We can cancel and fully refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or was clearly mispriced.
The artwork
Prints are reproductions of original artwork. Colours can vary slightly between screens and the printed piece. Buying a print doesn't transfer any copyright: all artwork remains the property of the artist and may not be reproduced. Originals are one-off paintings; buying one doesn't transfer copyright either.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
See our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU you also keep the protection of your local consumer law.
